Work in progress.

A little over a week ago I attended the LDStorymakers Writers Conference in SLC.  I learned lots and lots and had a nice two day break from my everyday life.  Why did I attend a writer's conference?  Well see, I'm currently working on my very first full length novel.  I've been working on said novel for a little over a year now.  I'm very excited about it but rarely make time to fit writing in to my busy schedule, which since I quit working in January includes a lot more napping than it should.  It also includes a lot more tickle time and cuddling, but I don't make excuses for that.  Anyway, eventually I'd like to sell that novel and that means I'm going to have to learn to talk to people.  Some of you may wonder why I would think this is a problem, but it is something that this former shy girl who sat at the back of class and never raised her hand struggles with.  So in an effort to bring me even further out of my shell, I'm launching this blog to share my writing adventures with you.  While currently a work in progress (just like most other things in my life right now), check back frequently for updates.
